Self Check In Instructions
(Self Check-In is only available if you cannot make it within business hours! Only for deer killed in the last 12 hours!)
Bring in your deer onto the dock through the garage door. Attach one of the red numbered tags to your deer’s rear leg below the knee. Pull deer back into the cooler. Write the number from your deer’s tag onto the top right corner of the work order/ invoice sheet from the shelf. Fill out all of the owner info, (including phone number). Tear off the pink back sheet and take it with you. Call us on the next business day with what you want. You MUST have the invoice number from the pink copy to make or change your order! Make sure all cooler doors and garage doors are closed and lights are off before leaving. Our facility is monitored by Guardian Protection. Only the check in room, skinning room and front part of cooler are turned off at night for self check in. Do not open any other doors or windows. The police will be notified through our alarm system.
Note: ONLY WHOLE, FRESH deer that were shot this afternoon are accepted through self check in! No Exceptions! All other deer, or containers of meat WILL be discarded. Thank you for your cooperation. If you have any questions, please give us a call during our business hours.
